Woodland Maintenance Volunteers always welcome, come and join in a working group tackling the general maintenance tasks of an ancient woodland. This may require some manual labour, full volunteer training is provided and equipment available to make it as easy as possible(!). Litter picking, clearing Rhododendron bushes, tidying up the paths and tracks to keep them safe for everyone enjoying the woodlands. A varied range of people and jobs to get involved with, plus the chance to get outside and enjoy the woodlands with good company. We are based in the Coombes Woodlands, Barkham and meet on Saturday afternoons.
